As Vice President, Melanie Robertson is responsible for new land brokerage opportunities for land development and marketing and planning efforts to grow the brand of all operating companies. She also serves as Broker of Record for Robertson Realty and is a Texas Licensed Real Estate Broker.
Melanie previously served as the Director of Marketing and Purchasing for Ratliff Companies. She helped increase brand awareness of all Ratliff operating companies, managed company purchasing, and was responsible for all strategic event planning serving employees and clients. Before joining Ratliff, Melanie served 13 years in Finance and Wealth Management and was a Series 7 Licensed Investment Representative at Merrill Lynch Trust Company. She later polished her new business skills as a National Sales and Account Manager within the corporate office interiors industry. Melanie brings over 15 years of new business development experience and several years of finance and real estate experience.
Melanie attended the University of North Texas, studied marketing, graduated from the Southern Methodist University Graduate Marketing program, and is a Texas Licensed Real Estate Broker.
As Chief Financial Officer, Gayle Wimberly is responsible for all accounting and financial functions of Robertson Companies, BARCO Development, and serves as Broker Associate for Robertson Realty.
Gayle previously served as CFO and COO for a Dallas real estate development company and Controller for Real Estate & Venture Capital in Dallas, Texas. In addition, Gayle’s prior experience includes being Manager of the Outsourced Accounting Department of a Dallas public accounting firm. She spent 20 years in the oil and gas industry, including acquisitions, exploration, development, and production.

As Project Accountant, Valerie works alongside the CEO and CFO. She works closely with lenders, bankers, homebuilders, title companies, accounting firms, and attorneys for all aspects of our land development projects and investments. Valerie is responsible for real estate accounting of multiple entities and administrative functions for contracts & insurance.
Valerie previously served in sales management, both stateside and abroad for global manufacturers to the Exchange Services of our Armed Forces. After moving to Texas, Valerie continued to hone her skills through administrative and volunteer positions.
Valerie is a graduate of the University of Wyoming with a degree in fashion merchandising.
As Sr. Development Manager, Michael Hunnicutt oversees the entire development process from inception through completion. He is the direct managing supervisor for all construction related activities to Robertson Companies and BARCO Development projects. Michael serves as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, including engineers, consultants, contractors, HOA management, city officials, and builders.
Michael previously served as project manager for a large real estate development company in Dallas, Texas with a primary focus in single-family residential market. Michael’s passion and attention to detail has afforded him opportunity and oversight of numerous successful projects over the years. He has been in the DFW real estate market for over 5 years and counting.
Michael is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor’s in business administration. He served as a four-year letterman for the Sooner football team and was two-year team captain.
Dina was born and raised in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and has enjoyed living in various areas of North Texas. She has always had a deep understanding of the local real estate market and is very knowledgeable on what each area has to offer.
After obtaining her degree in business from the University of Texas at Dallas, Dina went on to work in the oil and gas industry as an accountant for over 16 years, where she developed a keen eye for detail, exceptional analytical skills, and a strong work ethic. She then fulfilled her dream of being a stay-at-home mother while her boys were young helping to enhance her communication skills and her ability to multi-task, which are invaluable assets in the real estate industry. During that time, she also was involved in volunteering, direct sales, and became certified as a home stager assisting realtors with preparing homes for sale. This sparked her passion and led her to strive to get her real estate license.
Dina has a genuine love of real estate and is very excited to help both buyers and sellers accomplish homeownership with a smooth and memorable experience. As a proud member of the Robertson Realty team, Dina carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything she does. When she isn’t making homeownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, getting in a good work out, and traveling.
As a real estate Sales Associate, Debi specializes in residential real estate. She uses her extensive marketing knowledge to help clients market their homes to obtain maximum return on their investment. She also helps clients find the perfect home or investment property using a combination of market analytics, personal market knowledge, and strong negotiation skills.
Debi previously service in Corporate Marketing with Verizon for over 20 years. She started as a Product Manager and eventually became the National Group Manager – Marketing for the National Sales division.
Debi holds a BBA and MBA from the University of Texas – Arlington.

In addition to cultivating long-standing customer relationships, Bryan believes that the keys to success are planning, streamlined processes, and land procurement. These essential functions, along with Bryan’s passion for operational excellence, have defined how we deliver projects today. Bryan manages day-to-day operations for Robertson Companies, BARCO Development and is the key advisor for Robertson Realty.
Bryan previously served as CEO of Ratliff Companies, where he instituted unique growth strategies to expand its services in the construction and real estate industries. His vision was to provide these diversified service offerings through its’ subsidiaries, Ratliff Hardscape and Ratliff Development. Before joining Ratliff, he served as Vice President of Land Development for Meritage Homes and Director of Development with Pulte Homes. Bryan brings over 25 years of engineering, civil construction, and real estate experience.
Bryan is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He serves on the Board of Directors for RW Assets, Inc., a holding company of various construction companies. Bryan also serves on a strategic advisory board to help expand the growth by acquiring new construction companies for RW Assets, Inc. He started his career with a civil engineering firm in Dallas, Texas.
As Land Controller, Rainelle is responsible for all accounting functions for Robertson Companies, management support, and all aspects of land development. Her role includes interfacing with lenders, builders, attorneys, HOA’s, and Title companies.
Rainelle previously served as Controller for Ratliff Companies, a real estate and construction business in Dallas, Texas. She spent over 30 years of her career prior in the real estate industry. She also worked as a Property Accountant administering a portfolio of commercial tenant leases followed by years of experience in commercial land development.
Rainelle attended Richland College with a concentration in accounting. She is active in her church, where she serves as a substitute teacher and as the leader of the Women’s Ministry Fellowship team for her growth group. She loves spending time with her two grandchildren when not at the office.
